Youth In - House Hockey Registration

Fall/Winter Youth Hockey League will begin the week
of
August
23rd, 2010. And end with Championships the weekend
of January 22, 2010.
The
season will consist of 16 practices, 14 games, game
jersey AND SOX, one guaranteed
playoff
game, end of the season party, and an award.
The
Fall/Winter 2009-2010 Season Fee is:
$495.00

Registration forms will be accepted in the
office beginning July 24, 2010. A parent or guardian
must be present to sign all appropriate
paperwork.
Birth certificates must be presented with
registration form along with USA Hockey
Confirmation Report. (www.usahoaey.com)

Team drafts will take place Tuesday August
31, 2010. Only coaches are required to attend the
team draft. Player
s will be notified of their team placement
by 9:00pm on Sunday evening, September 5, 2010.
Please
DO NOT request any information from
the office staff prior to this date and time as
the information will not be available.
M Registration forms received after Monday,
August 23, 2010, will not be guaranteed IMMEDIATE
placement prior to the draft, but will be
placed on teams as soon as possible.
Pines Ice Arena reserves the right to after
team rosters AT ANY TIME
during the course of the season to aid in
league balance.
Evaluations will be held:
Mites - Monday, August 23, at 6:10 pm
Squirts - Tuesday, August 24, at 6:10 pm
Peewees - Monday, August 23, at 7:20 pm
Bantams - Tuesday, August 24, at 7:20 pm
ALL PLAYERS M ST BE EVALUATED PRIOR TO
THE DRAFT
• All league divisions will be established
using the USA Hockey birth date guidelines.
Mite: 2002 and Younger / Squirt: 2000/2001
Peewee: 1998/1999 / Bantam: 1996/1997
Practices will be scheduled weekdays between
the hours of 6:00pm and 10:00pm,
and games will be scheduled on weekends
between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00p n.
Consideration is made for the ages of players
when the fee schedule permits.
• Goalie Policy: 2 goalies per team depending
upon the demand.
Youth League first practices
All Mites- first practice - Saturday Aug
28 - 2:10pm - 2 hour clinic
All Squirts - first practice - Saturday
Aug28 T - 4:30pm - 2 hour clinic
All PeeWees - first practice - Sunday Aug.29Ih
- 12;20pm - 2 hour clinic
All Bantams - first practice - Sunday Aug.29th
- 2:40pm - 2 hour clinic
No Refunds/Coach Preference/Player Preference/Carpoot
